Insurers having problems insuring. Maybe they don’t belong in Health as a line of business.

As much as Republicans hate it, health insurance companies and the Obama Administration have something in common. They both want Obamacare to succeed. In spite of how ugly it looked for private insurers to cancel substandard policies, the private insurers desperately want to get out of that business. The private insurers see the benefit of never again offering substandard health policies. They all want to raise the bar and it took President Obama’s leadership to set the bar for all policies through Obamacare. In the near future, there will not be any substandard insurance policies. Hopefully, at some point in the future, all Americans will have good quality comprehensive health insurance thanks to Obamacare.
